Agreements Available to Your Gym

All Three Options exclude the EXTRA ELECTRIC Payment that we make to you for the Usage of the Equipment.  We measure usage  using a Smatral Smart Plug.

Agreements Available

FLEXI - 3 - 6 Month Rolling Contract- Fixed ฿1250, every cycle

This option is our most flexible agreement. It allows you to exit at the end of the agreed term and operates on a flat-fee structure. Please note that renewal at the end of the term is not guaranteed.

FLEXI 2 - 7 to 12 Month Rolling Contract- Fixed ฿2000, every cycle

This option is a 7–12 month rolling agreement with a fixed fee of ฿2,000 every 28 days. It secures your placement for the full term and continues under the agreed duration. Early termination is not guaranteed and is subject to contract terms.

TERM - 12 - 24 Month Fixed Agreement - 4% Of Net Profits

This agreement offers the highest available commission. It provides a flat rate of 4%, with a re-signing fee of ฿8,000 at the end of the term. This option also opens your revenue to the auction, creating the potential for higher returns.

KSMTN assumes full responsibility for the equipment and its operation throughout the agreement term. However, if an agreement is terminated early, early termination charges may apply to cover disconnection and administrative costs. In the event of malicious or intentional damage to the units, the gym will be responsible for the cost of repair or full replacement where necessary.
